Queer Late at the Museum

Hastings Museum and Art Gallery, Bohemia Road, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 1ET
Purple‑tinted historic museum building at night, used to promote “Queer Late at the Museum” event.

About

A late-night queer takeover of Hastings Museum & Art Gallery.

Join us for a Museum Late celebrating the Lemon Laws and Secret Doors exhibition with performances, interactive art, film and DJs.

Experience a version of the exhibition you won't see in daylight plus performances from cabaret legends – Sharon Le Grande and Oozing Gloop.

Get involved in queer life drawing, listen to erotic readings, watch film mash-ups and find a new friend at the Shag Tag booth.

With DJ Chabala spinning tunes all night, this is set to be a night to remember.

This is an event celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community in Hastings - open to allies, friends, family and anyone who wants to come together for a good time. Everyone is welcome.

All toilets will be gender neutral.

Please note due to content this event is suitable for Adults only.
