"Something wicked this way comes" Fame, glory, love, power, wealth, sex, happiness … but at what cost? How far will man go to get his deservings?
Bowler Crab will be returning to Manor Barn, Bexhill on Thursday 5th December with an old favourite - the Scottish play! This version of the play was first performed to sell-out audiences in 2018 for Battle Arts and Rye Arts Festivals before BC had started performing at Manor Barn Bexhill.
This magic Tragedy mainly concerns the relationship between Macbeth and Lady Macbeth as they take control of the Scottish throne under the influence of witches - spells, prophecies, devious plots, angry exchanges, bloody murders and a tragic love story.
An indoor performance with four professional actors playing multiple roles in this 100 minute production (plus 20 minute interval).
Artistic Director, Stephen John tells us "This is a must for anyone who missed BC's Macbeth last year, but if you've already seen our 2013 stage production of Macbeth or our touring pocket 'Interpreting Macbeth' workshop, rest assured this piece is completely different with a new design, new actors, new scenes, and a linear plotline! This piece has taken the slot of our Twelfth Night run which will now take place in winter 2020"
Tickets £15 from www.bowler-crab.com or telephone 07801893115. Doors open 7pm, show commences 7.30 pm.
