NEW WORKSHOP AT THE CROWN:
Life, On Purpose
Rediscover what matters and let it guide what's next.
Join Jo this October for two hours of gentle reflection, practical psychology and thoughtful conversation as we explore what really matters, reconnect with your inner compass, and discover how small, values-led choices can shape a life that feels more meaningful, purposeful and authentically yours.
If you relate to any (or all!) of the following then Life, On Purpose is for you.
You've spent years being a partner, parent, colleague, carer, friend... and you're beginning to wonder who you are beyond all those roles.
Your priorities seem to be changing, and you're not quite sure what matters to you now.
The things that once motivated you don't seem to have the same pull they used to.
You're noticing a growing desire to put yourself back on the list, but aren't quite sure what that means.
You've reached a milestone birthday and find yourself taking stock, perhaps with a mixture of gratitude, curiosity and "is this really how I want to spend the next decade?"
Your children are growing up or leaving home, your career is changing, relationships are shifting, or your caring responsibilities are evolving, and you're wondering what's yours now?
You're beginning to realise that the second half of life doesn't have to be about carrying on with the life you've already built.
You're ready to make some choices based on what matters to you now, rather than what mattered ten, twenty or thirty years ago.
