Hastings Seafood Cooking Workshops with CJ Jackson

The December class will be a festive special!
Would you like to cook more fish at home and have the confidence to know how to make the most of locally caught seafood?
Join CJ at the Classroom on the Coast, next to the Stade Hall, to prepare the catch of the day (whatever the fishermen have caught that day) and create an easy supper to take away and finish at home.
Each workshop will last 90 minutes, during which time you will prepare the fish and ingredients of the day and learn all about the local fishing fleet and what they land during the year.
Each class costs £20, plus your fish and ingredients, and CJ's specially written recipe for the day. All you need to bring is a container to take your recipe away in. Each recipe will feed 2.
