Free one hour group walk led by trained community volunteers. Enjoy a stroll around the pretty streets and twittens of the Old Town, along the beach or up towards the Country Park. A great way to create a regular walking habit to improve health and wellbeing. Weekly exercise, fresh air, company and chat.
