Carol Prior has been involved in the performing arts all her life – actress, singer, musician, stand up comedienne, teacher and choir leader – she’s done them all.
In her latest show “Give Me The Moonlight, Give Me The Girl” premiered at the Beacon earlier this year, she takes the audience on a musical exploration and celebration of her love, lust and longing for other women from the USA to the Greek island of Lesbos and back again on a rollercoaster between laughter and tears. A little bit folksy, a little bit bluesy, a dash of country, a hint of jazz served up with a generous helping of humour!
