Self-care time! Come on this free guided mindfulness beach walk designed specifically for 16-25s and learn ways to manage stress and anxiety.
Being by water makes us happier and healthier. In this FREE 90 minute session, you will learn mindfulness techniques aimed at showing you how to deal with stress and difficult emotions, be in the moment so you aren't thinking about the past or the future, and spend time connecting with yourself and nature.
Meeting at Goat Ledge cafe we'll take a short walk along the beach (less than 1 mile). Along the way we will use the natural surroundings of the beach and sea and breathing techniques and found items to achieve focus and concentration and learn some mindful movement techniques.
This type of session can leave you with a deep sense of calm and relaxation, and help slow down your thinking processes, so you can think clearly. You will also have time to reflect on the processes that you learn so that you can use them again whenever you want to feel calm and relaxed.
Led by Life and Mindset Coach Zoe Carroll with Marine Conservation Society, as part of the Wild Coast Sussex Project, funded by the National Heritage Lottery Fund, thanks to lottery players.

The walk is entirely step free and toilets at Warrior Square are accessible with a radar key.
