Each month features a different guest artist, performing alongside Stacey Cohen, who gently guides the relaxation, & performs some of her more downtempo tracks live, ending on a bass bath relaxation.

Getting there: The Humble Hub is a few mins walk from St Leonards Warrior Square Station. There is ample free parking close by on a Sunday evening. There is no food or drink served on the premises, but we are a stones throw from lots of local facilities.
There is a water tap so you are welcome to bring your own water bottle or thermos. Please get in contact if you have any additional questions or requirements. The event is on the ground floor with easy access into the venue.
