Christmas food isn't just about the turkey! Hastings Fish ambassador and TV chef, CJ Jackson, is hosting FREE demonstrations to kick start preparations for the festive season. Be inspired, learn new thing and get things to suit the whole family.
Working with locally landing Hastings fish and products such as smoked fish supplied by the local fishmongers, CJ will demonstrate a number of recipes. From canapes to Christmas morning breakfast ideas, and a 'big bash' dish to prepare in advance for a large number of guests, you'll have most occasions covered.
