Authentic Indian cooking is a real treat to savour and this course aims to go straight to the heart of Southern Indian cuisine and discover what makes it tick.
Our head chef will lead you through a selection of outstanding dishes you'll want to make again and again.
On this course you'll master a traditional mix of meat and vegetarian dishes, all of which use tried and tested Indian cooking techniques and an authentic combination of flavours. You'll discover how to make delicious Biryani, incredible Curry and Punjabi seekh kebab, alongside much more recipes to take home.
After mastering all that, we promise you'll never be calling a takeaway again.
At the end of the course you'll get to relax and sample everything you've cooked, plus there's a chance to get social with your fellow classmates, talking about what you think makes great Indian food.
