About

In August for one month only Archer Lodge, the home of ExploreTheArch theatre company will be open to all every day 8am-8pm, for time to sit and think, meet, chat, read a book, soak up the summer.

Hidden in plain sight in the heart of St Leonards-on-Sea, ingenious seating awaits in remarkable rooms and gardens bursting with life.

Archer Lodge is a modern day abbey - a live/work space and hive of creativity - and the UK's only theatre venue dedicated to the exploration of domestic life.

Fun-filled and fascinating programme of daytime activities, including harp soundbath session, Indian classical dance for beginners, and a chance to soak up the daily music rehearsals that are part of life at Archer Lodge.

Simple catering using natural ingredients from the garden.

PLUS our evening experiential theatre performance The House of Kaleidoscopes (8-22 August)

Free entry: just book in with the team at reception when you arrive. There is a charge for some of the activities, and the evening experiential performance is a ticketed event. Please note this are primarily events for adults but all ages are welcome.
