A Taste of Sussex: Brewed and Matured
Join us for a talk, demonstration and tasting.
With an ever-increasing number of cider makers both still and sparkling, artisan craft brewers and even non alcoholic 'brewed' drinks, Sussex has a phenomenal range of drinks being produced across the county today.
These drinks are the perfect match to some of the counties wonderful cheeses. Made from cows, sheep and goats milk, from hard to soft, blue to rind-matured, this talk and tasting will focus on the history of the county with tales and stories from some of the best producers. Discover new favourites and learn about the products to have a great food and drink experience.
