The centre comes alive in the summer with a giant sand beach to take a break from shopping and enjoy the sunshine whilst little ones make sandcastles. A statue of a cricketer is a local landmark. ‘The Spirit of Cricket’ bronze sculpture is sited in the external shopping area Queens Square, to commemorate the cricket ground that once stood there. If you look carefully, you’ll spot the cricket ball mounted on the wall above F.Hinds.

Parking couldn’t be easier, with a 24/7 secure car park with 1000 spaces, just enter the following into your Sat Nav: TN34 1PH. The car park operates a ticketless system using ANPR technology and pay machines accept both cash and card.
Dedicated disabled spaces can be found on level 1 and level 8 – please note the standard tariff applies for blue badge holders and a blue badge must be displayed at all times when parking in a disabled bay.
There are also wide bays for parents with children and babies on most levels with the majority on level 6.
