Exciting half day workshop for children ages 6-8 years. Opportunity to learn all about the magnificent Moon through fun interactive activities. Fun with making a Moon model and creating some fantastically messy craters.
The Moon is a mysterious piece of rock but how did it get there? What are those dark patches that look like a face? How can we actually see this lump of rock? What made all those craters? Why does it seem to change shape every night? So many questions! Find out in this fun workshop. Be prepared to get messy though we will be learning how craters are formed by making your very own surface of the Moon.
