Join Coastal Cocoa for a masterclass... in chocolate!
During the one-day course we'll cover: a history of chocolate and an introduction to how it is made, a tasting session, how to temper chocolate – theory and practice, making moulded chocolates, how to make ganache – theory and practice, making truffles.
It takes place at Coastal Cocoa, our shop in Queen's Arcade, Hastings, with a fully equipped chocolate kitchen. The whole day course lasts about six hours, including a short break in the morning and afternoon and a longer break for lunch.Two hot drinks and lunch are included in the price.
We can accommodate up to 6 adults (or mature older teens) in each course. No prior experience is required.
