Rye Festival Of The Sea

The Salts in Rye, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7LP
raft racing in Rye for Rye Festival of the Sea

About

RYE FESTIVAL OF THE SEA HAS BEEN CANCELLED AS A MARK OF RESPECT AND TO MOURN THE SAD PASSING OF HM THE QUEEN.

WE WISH THE ORGANISERS WELL AND HOPE THAT ANOTHER DATE CAN BE FOUND.

After two years of being postponed, Rye Festival Of The Sea is returning Sunday the 11th of September from 11am!

This year, the event returns to The Salts (where the funfair is usually held) with fun for all the family and festival traditions returning, too!

Once again, the competitive Raft Race will return with companies, locals, businesses and everyone in between getting involved to battle to the finish line for the championship title.

Our Tug Of War event returns where teams, businesses and locals test their might to take home the winning title and show off their strength.

Our Festival Market will return, too, with stallholders offering a variety of quirky and unique goodies for you to purchase and enjoy.

And on top of all that there will be live music, family activities and more!

Regular updates will be posted on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram!
