We are delighted to welcome back the Austin Counties Car Rally!
A wide variety of these beautiful classic cars will be parked across the Tenterden Town Station site and are well worth a visit.
Entry is free for train ticket holders
£1 Platform Tickets are also available from the station ticket office
The varied display of vehicles, which include some that have celebrated their centenary, will be on display around Tenterden Town Station, including outside the Colonel Stephens Railway Museum and the Station Refreshment Rooms - which will be open from 10.00am serving a range of light refreshments.
Founded in 1975, the Austin Counties Car Club caters for Austin cars and related commercial vehicles manufactured between 1939 and 1954 (1957 for some commercial derivatives), starting with the Austin 8 HP and ending with the last pre-BMC Austin and the last new Austin car to have a separate chassis, the A40 Somerset.
Vehicle owners who wish to join the rally should provide their details by email to the Rally organiser gspotts@gspotts.plus.com
