Hastings Information Centre Gallery

The Tourist Information Centre is proud to support many artists and craftspeople from the local area.

Souvenirs are available for all budgets, ranging from greeting cards and stationery to stained glass and limited-edition artworks.  Many of our items are made by local community craft groups and charities. We also stock a range of books by local authors, from history books to a walking tour of the local pubs!

Below is a selection of the items we have currently in store. Our featured artists change every three months, so pop in to see our newest arrivals.

On Sale Now - Local Produce

Shown above is a selection of striking mirrors depicting beach scenes by local artist Alison Purdy. They range from £25 to £89 and need to be seen to be appreciated in all their sparkly glory.

Ceramics - Hastings

This photo shows a small selection of our exclusive range of Hastings bone china, produced by the James Dean Pottery near Rye.

Local jeweller Clare Van Moppes has produced these items, as well as a range of other earrings and necklaces, all handmade, which are on display in our shop.

These are from a selection of pictures and prints, many of which are limited editions, which are produced by the Rebel Gallery in Hastings.  The prints range in price from £10 to £45, and we also have a selection of smaller photographic prints of the town.

These pictures are by local artist Anna Crouch and are priced famed from £75 to £90.  Mounted prints and greeting cards are also available.

These are two of a series of prints by local artist Colin Bailey, priced at £55.  Mounted prints also available from £12.50.

Above is a selection of items from our range of locally produced tasty goodies.  These include the nationally renowned Lemon Ketchup, Mr and Mrs B's delicious hot sauces, chilli honey and a range of jams, marmalade and chutney produced by a local community group.
