Local Museum Supports Victims of Crime

22nd November 2016

Categories: Latest News

The True CRIME Museum, Hastings, was delighted to welcome local volunteers & workers from Victim Support to donate a cheque for £250.00 to the Museums’ chosen charity.

Curator, Joel Griggs said:  “The money was raised by our generous customers and staff at the Museum and we are delighted to support this extremely worthy cause. The True CRIME Museum is a visitor attraction themed upon the shocking and dark subject of crime.  We are always aware of the impact that crime has upon society and the individual. Victim Support and its hard working volunteers do so much to comfort and assist victims of crime and the Museum looks forward to continuing our relationship with the charity through the coming months and years.”

Joel is offering free talks for social clubs and educational groups with donations gratefully received for Victim Support.  New information leaflets, wristbands and promotional materials were delivered to the Museum on Hastings Seafront, so please pop along to the foyer to find out more and support this worthwhile cause.
