Strand House lies just outside the ancient town of Winchelsea and two miles from the historic town of Rye. A Tudor House set in a beautiful woodland garden with views over the marshes to the sea and the Royal Military Canal. It's 13 rooms provide a mix of historic and modern comfortable styles, all have en-suite bathrooms, colour television, tea making facilities, and WiFi access. A house of calm to while away the hours.

From M25 go onto the M20 southbound to Junction 10 then follow A2070 signposted Hastings, then A259 signposted Rye. Follow the A259 around Rye heading towards Hastings. Strand House is on the left of the main road 2 miles outside Rye just before the town of Winchelsea. From Dover take M20 to Junction 10 and follow directions as above. Approximately 30-35 miles from channel ports and tunnel.
Rail: Regular High Speed service from London St Pancras to Ashford International Station (38 minutes) and then local train to Rye or Winchelsea Stations (23 minutes).
