With over 30 years' experience in holiday letting, we’ve developed an eye for detail and quality, providing remarkable stays to guests seeking a visit to the South East.

Led by Nicky Russon and Rowena Owen, Bloom Stays is a local and independent holiday home letting agency. Our small team is conveniently spread across Kent and Sussex, so we know the best places to see and stay.

We hand-pick only the best holiday homes to join the Bloom Stays collection. There is no one 'type' of home we are looking for, but any holiday home we choose must have something special about it. Whether that's its location, its decor or the views (and sometimes all of those), we're looking for all-round quality. Many have pools, hot tubs and tennis courts; some are in the middle of gorgeous villages or look like ancient cathedrals in the eye. Some are beachside; many are rural retreats.

Our guests love them too. We regularly score 4.8/5 on our Google, Airbnb and Upfront reviews and see many returning faces year after year. Reassuringly, many of our guests come recommended by their friends and family.

We love muddy paws too, over 70% of our holiday homes are pet-friendly. We think bringing your pet on holiday should be easy, so we add in some extras to make them feel special.

Our homes sleep between 2 and 44 people. Whether you choose an off-grid shepherd's hut, a grand town house in Rye or a renovated Victorian home in Hastings, we have something for everyone.

Our experience in holiday letting is extensive, yet our agency is small. It allows us to be hands-on, with an eye for exceptional service.
