A Modern Countryside Retreat within Reimagined Farm Buildings Welcome to our contemporary countryside holiday lets, created from a collection of redundant farm buildings that have been thoughtfully transformed into modern, sustainable places to stay. The farm originally had three structures, and we have lovingly completed the first two:

The Cowshed and The Silver Barn

The cowshed began life as a derelict brick building, while the Silver Barn was once an asbestos clad metal framed agricultural shed. Both have been extensively retained, modernised and rebuilt, carefully reusing their original structures to preserve the character of the farm while creating  beautiful, eco- friendly spaces for guests. 

Each building has been crafted with sustainability at its core, using:

• Recycled wood fibre insulation for exceptional warmth and natural sound absorption
• An airtight building wrap for energy efficiency
• Air source heat pumps providing clean, efficient heating and hot water
• Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) delivering continuous filtered fresh air
• Triple glazing throughout for comfort, quiet, and thermal performance 

Materials were chosen not only for their low environmental impact, but also for their connection to the agricultural setting - blending modern design with a sense of place. 

Together, these buildings form a peaceful wellness destination, inviting you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a truly restorative stay in the countryside.
