How do you get a whole town to tell its story?
Hastings Speaks held a Diary Day on 12 May, where Hastings people from all walks of life recorded their day using words, images, digital media and conversations. It captured people's everyday experiences - what made them get out of bed, what made them angry, what made them laugh.
Some of the stories captured will be shared at this event, through diary readings, songs and videos.
Diary entries will be displayed at Hastings Museum from 13 September to 4 October, and an anthology will also be published.
