Celebrating the customs and manners of British teatime, our Tea Room is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm.
We offer Afternoon Tea along with a variety of specialist teas, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. There are exhibits on the social history of tea and etiquette in Britain, and a Victorian carriage and dress-up box for visitors to enjoy.
In addition to our Tea Room, we host a 90-minute Teatime Masterclass available for group bookings Monday to Sunday. This experience includes:
Two pots of real leaf tea and 6 tea tastings.
An introduction to the social history of tea.
A masterclass on British teatime etiquette.
A tutorial on how to prepare the perfect cup of tea.
Table games and a 'conversation pot'.
A Victorian carriage and British dress-up box.
