We like to celebrate food in 1066 Country – and in many cases that means celebrating the sea too. Starting with the Rye Bay Scallop Festival in February, then the Midsummer Fish Festival in June, through to the Bexhill Festival of the Sea and Hastings Seafood & Wine Festival in September, and the Hastings Herring Fair in late autumn.
