The Oval - festival map

Hastings Beer and Music Festival is a three-day event organised by Hastings Round Table.

With a massive selection available in the Real Ale tent, as well as lager, local ciders and wines, high quality local food, and the best local musicians, this event has grown a reputation as the best beer and music festival in the South East.

The Battle of Hastings Proms kicks off the festival on Thursday evening.  Conducted by Roger Wilcock, Medway Towns Band supported by the Hastings BIG Choir they play some of your "last night of the proms" favourites.  Flags, bunting and Pimms a plenty.

With Friday night being Ibiza Club Classics and Saturday night being the local bands night it'll sure be a great weekend of music and entertainment!

Great fun for great causes.

Battle of the Proms - Thursday 5 July

A grand-night-out, picnic-concert, sing-along evening.

The evening has always had a ‘British’ feel to it, climaxing as it does with the singing of Rule Britannia, Land of Hope and Glory, Jerusalem and the National Anthem.

It is a truly engaging event and we encourage you to bring picnics, but don’t worry if you can’t there is always a great selection to eat and drink, including around 100 barrels of some of the best local beers!
