How to get there...
Your journey to London from 1066 Country is just 75 minutes. The London 2012 Games is a no car event. Spectators will be expected to arrive at the Games via public transport and from 1066 Country the quickest option is by rail.
By train
Stratford International is the most accessible gateway station and can be reached from Rye, Hastings, Bexhill and Pevensey, with one change at Ashford International.
From Ashford International the quickest option is to take the highspeed bullet train, The Javelin®, to Stratford International. From the station it is a short walk to the Olympic Park. Allow 30 minutes.
From Battle and Robertsbridge, the direct rail link will take you to the central London stations of London Bridge, Waterloo East and Charing Cross. Your games’ tickets include free travel on London public transport for the day of your ticket.

Rail fares
Unlimited travel for the day on Southern Railways only is available using the DaySave tickets available from Hastings Information Centre or online.
No restrictions apply at the weekends.

By coach
The National Express coach runs from Hastings and Battle to London Victoria coach station and takes approx 2 hours and 40 minutes.
First Group Games Travel
Coaches are planned from Hastings railway station 3 times a day to Ebbsfleet with transfer to Stratford International, which they estimate will take 1 hr 45 minutes - 2 hours.
