The travel and interior design press love Swan House. This 15th Century boutique bed and breakfast has enjoyed unprecedented, glowing national and international editorial for its, five star service and style.

Each of our four ensuite bedrooms are individually designed, with comfort and luxury in mind. Coast Magazine declared us "The quintessential bed & breakfast in all of England... a blueprint for all the rest". Twice a Tourism South East, Beautiful South Gold Award winner, 2009 & 2014, we also hold a coveted  VisitEngland Silver Award for Excellence, 2015.

We are situated in one of the most peaceful and picturesque parts of Hastings Old Town with antique shops, restaurants, fishing quarter and beach just three minutes walk away.

Enjoy a gourmet breakfast menu in our spacious guest lounge, with a wealth of exposed beams, oak panelling and a large inglenook fireplace. In the finer weather, dine in our charming patio garden.

*The Renaissance Suite (two adjoining rooms) is suitable for friends & families starting from £50 per child, per night. We accommodate children 5 years and upwards, in the Suite only and by prior arrangement.

Please note that we have a minimum two night stay at weekends. If we are able to offer a Saturday night only stay, there is an additional £10 charge per room.

Single occupancy rates: Church and Renaissance £110, Artisan and Garden £99.
