About

The Rye Lodge Hotel is a small independent hotel, located in the heart of medieval Rye just beyond the town’s ‘Landgate’.  There are 18 spacious ensuite bedrooms including the ‘Penthouse’ which has 360 degree views of the town, the river and the fishing boats.  There is a guest bar and lounge, and a pool and sauna which hotel guests have unlimited and complimentary use of.  Massage and beauty treatments are also available (to be booked in advance with Reception).  The outside terrace, with views over the town salts, is perfect for enjoying a drink on a summer’s afternoon.  Unusually for Rye, the Hotel has a private car park which is free to residents.  Rye Lodge is just a few minutes’ walk along the High Street to Rye’s shops, bars and restaurants, the 12th century church of St Mary’s and the Ypres Tower and Gun Gardens.
