Walled Garden Music Fest at Brightling Park

This will be the second Walled Garden Music Fest, and is set within the 550 acre picturesque Brightling Park, East Sussex.   The music area is in the 2.6 acre walled garden section of the Georgian estate and the atmosphere and setting is quite unique.

The festival will primarily feature a blend of highly talented original and tribute bands.   Free car parking, and for a little extra, overnight camping and glamping.

A wide choice of food and drink will be available

Friday 14 July

  • 4pm-4.30pm – TBC
  • 4.45pm-5.30pm – TBC
  • 6pm-7.15pm – Beverley Craven - BRIT Award winner Beverley Craven released her debut album ‘Beverley Craven’ in 1990.  It spent over a year in the charts reaching no 3, and achieving double platinum.  After the success of her recent album, ‘Change of Heart’, Beverley will be performing her new songs alongside timeless classics of ‘Promise Me’, ‘Holding On’, ‘Woman to Woman’, ‘Love Scenes’, and many more.
  • 7.45pm-9.15pm - Ultimate Elton & The Rocket Band
  • 9.45pm-11pm – Thompson Twins - Tom Bailey - The Thompson Twins had huge hits such ‘Hold me Now’, ‘Doctor Doctor’, ‘You Take me Up’ and ‘Love on your Side’ provided the soundtrack for so many people’s lives worldwide in the mid-eighties. 

Saturday 15 July

  • 5.45pm-7.15pm - The Illegal Eagles
  • 7.45pm-9pm - Jennifer Paige - Jennifer Page hit the charts in the late 90s with the song ‘Crush’, reaching  number 1 in 16 countries selling 11 million records.  A mixture of songwriting for over 100 Hollywood movies, and releasing 3 further albums produced hit songs such as 'Beautiful' and 'Stranded'.   She has just released her latest album 'Starflower' after a break of 5 years.
  • 9.30pm - 11pm - ABC - Following the album success of Lexicon of Love II, Martin Fry and ABC are performing to ‘sell out’ venues.  The full band will be performing the ‘ABC Greatest Hits’ tour, listen to ‘Viva Love’, ‘The Look of Love’, ‘All of my Heart’ and ‘Poison Arrow’ plus many more.

Sunday 16 July

  • 2pm-2.45pm – Emma McGrath
  • 3pm-3.45pm - Wide Eyed Boy
  • 4pm-5pm - Talk in Code
  • 5.20pm-6.30pm - Toploader - In 2000 Top loader became a household name with the success of their single ‘Dancing in the Moonlight’.  Their first two albums both reached the top five and they are now releasing their fourth album ‘Seeing Stars’.
  • 7pm-8.20pm - Embrace - Embrace have released 6 studio albums and a few of their well-known songs are ‘Gravity’, ‘Nature’s Law’, ‘Ashes’ and ‘World at your Feet’.  Embrace will be releasing their new album to coincide with the tour.
  • 8.40pm-10pm - Howard Jones - Howard's first release in 1983, 'New Song' reached no 5 in the UK.  He has released 12 albums to date, the most recent being 'Engage' in 2015.  He is best associated with his hit singles, 'New Song', 'What is Love', 'Like to get to know you Well', and 'Things can only get Better', to name a few.
