During Rye Bay Scallop Week, come and enjoy our Scallop Demonstration with Chef Director Paul Webbe, showing you his shucking skills and sharing his infinite knowledge of all things scallop and sea.
Enjoy an arrival aperitif, then the demo, followed by a five course luncheon. (further drinks and wines not included) £49pp. Full payment on booking, non refundable. Book early as limited spaces are available. Please call 01797 222226 to book. This event is NOT bookable online.
