A unique opportunity to explore the streets of the Antient Cinque Port of Rye with the official Town Crier as your guide.
Hear tales of historical dark deeds and murder, ghostly sightings, haunted buildings and unexplained phenomena...

Includes exclusive access to the interior of the 18th century Town hall, and a visit to the attic, where the genuine skull and gibbet cage of the infamous Rye murderer John Breeds is kept to this very day.

Meet at Rye Heritage Centre and play in our Spooky Old Pier Penny Arcade, watch the 'Story of Rye' Town Model Sound and Light show, then head out to explore the dark and mysterious streets.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Suitable for ages 11 and over at parental discretion

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes please, as places are limited.

What's the refund policy? As places are so limited, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds if you are unable to attend. Walks do go ahead regardless of weather conditions.

Cost: £10 per person, booking essential, via Rye Heritage Centre or Eventbrite.
