Old Hastings Preservation Society volunteer guides lead all walks, which proceeds gently downhill but there are steps.
Well behaved good are allow on leads.
The walk is over rough ground and steep paths at the start of the walk. Walking via narrow passeagways, steep paths (slippery if wet) and narrow pavement in Old Town.
Parking at Rock-a-Nore car park, Bourne car park and on the West Hill.
