Buggy Running is a great way to enjoy the benefits of outdoor exercise without the need of costly childcare! Not only is it fun and sociable, it’s the perfect opportunity to burn off those calories through a safe and effective workout, relieve stress and boost your mood! Choose to walk, jog or run with your little one as you follow a 5k off-road trail.
Meet adjacent to the Go Ape cabin to start, sessions will run from approx. 8.30am to 11am. Entries can be made online at www.buggyrunningevents.co.uk.
Entry fee costs £12.50 and includes timing chip, medals, certificate and sticker set.
