For more than 50 years Sussex Guild members have been showing their creative creations at Michelham Priory, a Grade I listed Tudor house, surrounded by England's largest water filled medieval moat, with a working watermill, and replica Bronze Age roundhouses.
This year the three-day event will be from 29th to 31st July, with exhibitors in the Elizabethan Barn and in open-fronted marquees on the lawns.
Immerse yourself in the past whilst meeting the makers of todays high-quality contemporary crafts, from whom you may buy directly or commission bespoke items. A wide range of handmade ceramics, textiles, jewellery, leatherwork, pewter, wood, glass, furniture and printmaking will be displayed in marquees on the lawns as well as in the Elizabethan barn. Some designers will be demonstrating their skills, so you'll see jewellery making, woodturning, embroidery, glass lampworking and quilting, together with several potters showing different techniques.
Extensive grounds and gardens to explore, free parking, a licensed café, areas for children's play and picnics, make an ideal day out. Admission tickets available at the Gatehouse on the day of your visit.
Admission to the Contemporary Craft Show is included in entry to the property – meaning visitors can also enjoy the delightful gardens, explore the Tudor property, children's play area and visit the licensed restaurant.

Please note: on event days we do not allow pre-booking of tickets online. Discounted, 2 for 1 and free entry promotions do not apply on event days (we will accept Art Fund passes during the Contemporary Craft Fair.)
