About

Farm Shop, Garden Café, Pots & Plants, Antiques… & Much More!

Wherever you choose to plant yourself… by the fire, in the conservatory or out on the patio you will be sure to enjoy our home-made delights, fresh coffee or even a glass of wine or beer!

We offer breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea from Monday to Saturday 9am – 3.30pm. Then tea/coffee and cakes until 5pm.

On Sunday we offer our brunch menu from 9.30am until 3.00pm plus lunch from 12.00pm until 3.00pm.

We have a play area for “Little Planters” and there is a secure garden with Wendy house for warmer days. Well behaved dogs are allowed to bring their owners for a cup of tea and a treat!

Once replenished, why not visit our food hall packed with local produce. Butchery with Sussex & Kent meats. We have plenty of plants and the largest pot collection in the county. A beautiful selection of giftware & cards.

Our Antiques Barn is home to 10 independent dealers, offering a wide range of furniture, decorative pieces, mirrors and vintage accessories.

Lots to see and explore, open 7 days a week!
