Bexhill Music

Bexhill music’s alive and kicking.

Regular stellar line ups at the De La Warr Pavilion, such as one which includes Dionne Warwick, Corinne Bailey Rae and The Kooks performing within days of each other, is testimony to the fact that Bexhill certainly punches above its weight in the live music stakes.

Independent record store Music’s Not Dead not only has a wealth of knowledge and record list as long as the promenade, but also presents occasional live gigs in the shop window. Records & Retro and Second Spin are a treasure trove of cassettes and vinyl from all decades. Local live music can be heard in Rocksalt and No 48, among other venues.
