We offer a warm welcome at our peaceful B&B in the heart of Hastings.
You are invited to stay in one of two well appointed, en-suite bedrooms in our beautifully restored Victorian home with views across Linton Gardens to the castle and the sea.
Close to Hastings pier and within easy walking distance of both Hastings Old Town and St Leonards, Anne’s House provides an ideal base from which to explore the wealth of cultural heritage attractions and the burgeoning art and culture scene that flourishes here and in the surrounding areas of East Sussex and Kent.
Our Two Rooms
Rose Room
The larger of our two rooms has a king size bed, an en-suite shower room, and features two full height windows looking out across Linton Gardens to the castle, Hastings town centre and the sea beyond.
The room has tea and coffee making facilities, an HD smart tv, bathrobes and drawer and closet space. An iron and ironing board is available on request.

Turret Room
This king sized room has a superb large en-suite bathroom with a full size bath nestling in the turret and a separate full size shower. The bedroom and bathroom have castle, town and sea views.
