About

Located in the heart of Hastings Old Town, The Laindons Guest House has always welcomed visitors and guests.  The gorgeous Georgian listed building began life as a coach house and has continued the tradition of providing comfort as well as a touch of unexpected luxury to all who visit us.

Our aim is to provide our guests with a place to escape and relax: be it a celebration, a break, a business trip, an excuse to explore or just to spend ‘quality time’.  We always try our best to ensure that your stay with us is extra special, so that you leave rested content and recharged.

Each suite has been tastefully and individually designed to accommodate maximum design impact and comfort. The guest lounge and dining area is designed for total comfort with unrivalled views of the charming Old Town and the stunning countryside nearby.

The owners Malcolm and Karen had a dream to owning a spectacular guest house by the sea.  They’ve sourced the best of everything in order ensure that every guest experiences an extra special stay.

They’ve created The Laindons as ‘Style by Sea’ and when you visit for yourself, you’ll understand why.
