Event Overview:
The event takes place within the stunning Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, one of Britain's most important conservation sites. The race is a chance to see the rare coastal landscape, covering a mosaic of interlocking shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons. The race is ideal for beginners and experienced runners alike.

Course Details:
The race is a flat, out and back promenade route and it is an accurately measured 10K /5K course. The surface is concrete throughout.
