Friday 10 April: Battle Abbey green
Lose your marbles in Battle!
In the imposing shadow of Battle Abbey witness local teams lose their marbles in this traditional annual competition on the green. Applications for the Easter Bonnet competition must be in by 3 April and judging will take place at 11.30am on Good Friday (all children taking part will receive an Easter egg).
There's also a free children's marble scramble and various attractions including entertainment from the Senlac High Steppers.

Saturday 4 April - 19 April: Bodiam Castle
Trail leaflet for children at Bodiam Castle. Colourful costumed characters will give short talks in the courtyard about life at this medieval castle at set times during the day.
Saturday 4 April - 19 April: Easter Trail
Have fun exploring the Easter Trail at Bateman's garden as you search for Easter clues and win a Cadbury's chocolate Easter Egg. On Sunday 12 April and Bank Holiday Monday there will be face painting and other activities. Please note the Trail won't be open on 9, 16 and 17 April.
Saturday 4 April - 19 April: Predators
Come face to face with some of the aquatic world's most fearsome inhabitants during this special event at Blue Reef Aquarium. The Predators in question range from a Giant Pacific Octopus and Poison-tipped Lionfish to Jellyfish. Find out more about the aquarium's other potentially dangerous inhabitants including stingrays, moray eels and puffer fish. The event is designed to appeal to visitors of all ages, that includes special talks, tours and feeding demonstrations as well as trails and quizzes.

Follow the clues around Hastings Museum and Art Gallery and the Old Town Museum, to win a chocolate surprise.
Friday 10 April - Monday 13 April:Easter Trail
Join us at Battle Abbey for our Easter Fun events. Take part in the Easter trail and quiz, enjoy storytelling and have your face painted.
Saturday 11 April: Camber Castle Wildlife and History
A chance to go inside Camber Castle visit the birdwatching hide at Castle Water and see the wetland wildlife there. Meet at Brede Lock car park at 1pm, returning at about 4pm.
Thursday 16 April and Friday 17 April: Green Man
People have been weaving stories about trees for thousands of years and here's an arty opportunity to discover the myths surrounding the trees at Bedgebury.
Thursday 16 April: 10.00 - 12.00 for 5 to 8 year olds
Friday 17 April: 10.00 - 12.00 for 9 to 13 yearolds
10 - 13 April: Easter Weekend at Bewl Water
Friday and Saturday (10 and 11 April) people of all ages can have a go at Dragon Boat Racing and on Sunday and Monday (12 and 13 April) a chance to see various teams fight it out to raise money for their chosen charities and win their place in Septembers Dragon Boat Event.
As well as this their our new mascot Bertie the Beaver will be accompanying children on their activities around the estate, including Easter Egg Hunts, Bertie's Cryptic Trail, Target Paintball and craft activities.
