Foxlight Flower Farm

Foxlight Flower Farm is the first boutique Pick-Your-Own flower farm in East Sussex.

Grown from a seed of an idea in October 2021 we celebrated our first open season in 2022.

Instead of picking up the same prescribed bunches of uniformed lilies and gerbera from the supermarket every week, imagine if you could visit an idyllic, peaceful buzzing haven of butterflies, bumblebees and song-birds, deep in the heart of 1066 country…

Running your hands over velvety petals and taking in heady natural fragrances, you pick from every colour, size and variety of cottage garden, wildly beautiful blooms. From a single perfect, dinner plate sized sunbeam yellow sunflower, to a magically fragranced buttonhole of sweet-peas, to an enormous armful of cheerful cosmos, zinnia in all the colours of the rainbow or a vase busting bouquet of pastel petal dahlias…

We’re open by appointment only, so follow us on Instagram and Facebook, where we post our open days and then contact us via the website or our DMs to book your slot. We’d love you to come and browse the beds, discover some new favourites, and take home bundles of blooms to bring a little bit of East Sussex country sunshine into your home.

Or simply come and enjoy a pot of loose leaf tea and generous slab of delicious homemade cake in our Foxlight Tea hut while looking over the flowers and relish a moment of natural calm in your day.

After parking in our visitor parking bays next to Honey House Barn, follow the bunting down to the bottom field, where you’ll see Foxlight Picking Patch. If you have visited us to Pick-Your-Own flowers, you’ll be given a bucket and cutting snips from one of the Foxlight Family. If you have come to sit and enjoy the flowers from our Foxlight Tea hut, then feel free to wander around our flower field and take a seat when you are ready.
