STONE CROSS WINDMILL

Stone Cross Windmill is only open 12 to 4pm on the following Sundays for tours homemade cakes, jams, bread and a tombola with lots of prizes.  There are also a number of fund-raising fairs.

Sunday 5 May

Mills Weekend on Sunday 12 of May open from 12pm-4pm.  Vince, Keith and John are going to set up an Amateur Radio Station to contact other Mills both in the UK and abroad. 

The Long Man Morris Men will be at the Windmill from approximately 2.30pm.

Summer Fair on Sunday 7 July

Sunday 4 August

Heritage Weekend on Sunday 8 September

Winter Fair on Sunday 24 November

Contact the Chair if you wish to arrange a private group visit for a tour including refreshments.

HELP WANTED
 

Do you fancy helping as a volunteer guide to take visitors to the top of the Windmill Tower?  This is a particularly effective way to keep fit and you don’t have to pay expensive keep fit membership.
