We have 2 self-contained adaptable ensuite chalets in a semi-rural setting. They originally formed part of the outbuildings and stables within walled gardens of Manor Barn, which stands in the grounds of Lunsford Manor.
We are situated 3 miles from the sea at Bexhill and within a short driving distance of historic villages, sites, country restaurants and pubs.
We give a warm welcome to our guests and breakfast, if required, is served in the rooms. We offer reduced rates per room for single occupancy and have special weekly and long stay rates. Parking is adjacent to the rooms.

From the M25 take the A21 towards Hastings. At Johns Cross take the A2100 to Battle. At Battle take the A271, then the B2204 to Ninfield. At Ninfield take the A269 to Bexhill. Manor Barn is at Lunsford Cross, 1-2 miles from Ninfield on the A269.
From the M20 take the A259 to Hastings and continue towards Bexhill. At McDonalds Roundabout take the A2036 to Ninfield, then at Sidley onto the A269 to Ninfield. Manor Barn is at Lunsford Cross, half way between Sidley and Ninfield on the A269.
