Full Throttle Boat Charters

We offer boat trips and Rib charters along the Sussex Coast. Based at Rye Harbour we can cater for any size group.
Try the You Drive powerboat experience where you get to take the wheel of these awesome machines. Designed for the Formula Four Stroke Honda powerboat race series. Both our boats have been racing for 10 years and have four championship wins between them. Powered by the Honda 150 hp outboard they have a smooth ride and are very responsive with a top speed of 50 mph. Each boat seats four passengers plus a skipper. Each charter lasts one hour with each customer getting 15 mins driving and the rest riding in the back.
Charter our high-powered RIB (rigid inflatable Boat). Available for a hour or the whole day. This boat seats 9 passengers plus the skipper. All our boats are coded by the coastguard for commercial passenger use. Powered by the latest mercury 250hp outboard this machine ploughs through the waves and gets you places safely and fast. Take a trip around Rye bay taking in the cliffs collapsing in Fairlight where the houses are falling into the sea. Or a run to Eastbourne Marina (Sovereign Harbour) for lunch and a bit of shopping. Taking in the Sovereign Lightbouse on the way there. For the more adventurous of you a day trip to Boulogne in France. To sample some of the delicious fish restaurants or just to cross the channel as an experience. The shipping lanes are very busy and quite a site to cross.
Eastbourne Airshow is a must in August running for four days. We can pick you up from Rye or Eastbourne harbours. Then we go out and anchor under the flight path. You can enjoy a drink or two and watch the fast jets power over head all while listening to the commentary on your in boat sound system.
