*The Gallivant has eighteen rooms, all designed very much with our location in mind, using a relaxing coastal colour throughout, artisanal driftwood furniture, local Sussex art and some added creature comforts to make your stay more relaxing.
All our rooms feature large flat screen TV’s, DVD players (with house library), free Wi-Fi, telephones, books to read, beach bags for trips to the beach, tea/coffee, homemade goodies from the kitchen and room service. All have ensuite bathrooms, with L’Occitane beauty products, hair dryers and fluffy white bathrobes.
In addition to our Coastal doubles we have two Coastal deluxe rooms with king size beds and sofas to relax in and four much larger Coastal studios, with various sleeping options, some with enormous super king beds, white hard wood floors and wood paneling.
Road Directions
From Junction 10 of the M20, follow the A2070 to Brenzett. At Brenzett take the A259 to Rye. ½ mile before Rye there is a left turn to Camber. Take this road and follow for 2 ½ to 3 miles past Rye Watersports and the golf course. As you enter the village of Camber you will see The Place 250 yds further on the left hand side.
