Seaspray is a spacious Victorian, family run B&B. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Situated on Hastings promenade 100 metres west of Pier. The front of the house has panoramic views of the seafront and the English Channel. 8 of the 10 rooms are en-suite and all have double glazing, central heating, ceiling fans, colour TVs, radio alarms, hairdryers and a beverage tray. Please ask for any other needs. Guests have access at all times. Extensive breakfast menu and speacial diets are catered for. Children welcome. No smoking policy throughout. Parking permit included in price. Secure underground car park opposite, permits given daily. We are within 5 minute level walk from the Town centre and all local amenities.

Road Directions
From M25, take the A21 south. Follow signs for the seafront. Once at the seafront, go east on A259, with the sea on your right, until you see the pier. We are 100 metres before the pier on the left hand side.
