Built around 1911 on the original site of Mount Pleasant House and now the end of a terrace of three this attractive family holiday home has been carefully restored and renovated by its owners whilst retaining many original features.
Pet friendly Mount Pleasant House is situated in the middle of Hastings, offering self catering accommodation sleeping 8 people in 4 spacious bedrooms. Perfectly placed for dog walking in the beautiful Alexandra Park at the bottom of the hill. St Helen's Woods is 10 minutes walk away passing common land that offers a safe play area of small children, fenced off from a field where dogs can run freely. The house is warm in winter and cool in summer.
Downstairs: lounge, has comfortable seating, facilities include 3D Freestat/Freeview TV, with 3D Bluray home cinema system, WiFi, Wii console and Eurosat; bedroom, super King Size bed, well equipped kitchen/diner with electric cooker, shower room fitted with grab rails.
Upstairs: bathroom has bath and over head shower; 2 twin, 1 double bedrrom, separate toilet and shower room.
Outside:wood cabin with snooker/pool table, table football and magnetic darts, patio with furniture and BBQ. It is a secure fenced garden so children or pets can play safely. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Road Directions
Exit the M25 at junction 5 and join the A21 towards Hastings. Follow the signs to the seafront. As you come into Hastings take the left hand turning at mini roundabout and join the A2100. The road runs parallel to Alexandra Park. Thake first turning at roundabout up the hill to Elphinstone Road. The next mini roundabout take 2nd exit right. You are in Mount Pleasant Road, pass Sandra's newsagents and a block of flats, you will see three blue and white terraced houses on the left. The first property you reach is number 45, in the two bays outside the house and collect the keys from number 47.
Public Transport Directions
Bus stop just across the road with frequent services to the town centre. Ore rail station 5 minutes walk along the road. The trains takes you to Ashford to the East or coastal services to London. Hastings Station is half a mile distance providing links to London (Victoria, Charing Cross, Cannon Street, London Bridge).
