Road Directions
From Hastings, travel west towards St. Leonards on the A259. Turn right at Filsham Road. At the top of hill before junction turn left into Branksome Road. Fern Cottage is right at the top as your turn in.
From north, travel south on A21, follow signs to (Filsham Road) take first right into Branksome Road. Fern Cottage is at top on right hand side.

Train - Warrior Square Station, Central St. Leonards.
Bus - No. 26 every 20 mins from Hastings town centre - to The Green.
Taxi - outside Warrior Square Station (turn left on exit).
