London (M25), A21 south then B2089 to Rye. After crossroads in Brede continue for 1.5 miles, 1st turning on right into Stubbs Lane, 300 meters lane on left, carry straight on(watch for speed bumps) ahead on right you will see cottages. Park in layby on left.
